I completed my training in Swedish massage and aromatherapy in 1996 at the City of Bristol College. I have since built on these skills by completing courses in Hands Free Massage and Freeing the Shoulders. I trained with the Bristol school of reflexology in 1998 and have since completed postgraduate workshops to continue to develop my professional development such as Vertical reflexology and Pregnancy/labour reflexology.

In 2001 I received my diploma in Rejuvanessence - training completed in London with founder Margareta Loughran.

In 2003 I completed my training in Indian Head Massage with the London centre of Indian Champissage.

In 2010 I completed stages 2 and 3 in Manual Lymphatic Drainage with the highly acclaimed Vodder-Schule. I am also a member of MLDUK.

Before retraining I was a senior development assistant in a fast moving financial enviroment and so can fully appreciate the stresses and strains of everyday life.

I worked for Penny Brohn Cancerhelp in a voluntary capacity for 4 years

I worked in Neal’s Yard treatment rooms for 4 years.

I now work part-time in a Hospice as a Complementary Therapy Co-ordinator.

I also work from a dedicated treatment room in Winterbourne mainly during the day on a Tuesday and Wednesday. I occasionally work on a Friday and early evenings.
